1 hour of physical training
Maximum of 3 players on the court.
Individual program possible.
A total of 15 hours a week spread over 5 days.

Competition planning.
Training Monday-Friday with the exception of public holidays and holidays (training can take place on weekends). The players can be distributed under both programs.
Academy program January 2027
The program is aimed at ambitious young people who want to take their tennis to the next level in combination with their regular club training. The focus is on developing technique, tactics, physics and mental strength for players who want to invest more seriously in their tennis.
Training times and structure
The training is carried out on Mondays and Fridays during the period January–May 2027 in Västerhaninge Rackethall. Each training session is divided into two parts to provide a complete and well-thought-out whole.
2 hours of tennis:
Stroke technique, footwork, match play, point play and tactical exercises.
1 hour of physical training:
Strength, speed, mobility, explosiveness,
Times:
V3-V23 Monday and Friday 5:00 PM-8:00 PM
Number of students: 6-8 students.
Important: Equal playing strength regardless of age.
Objectives
: Develop a stable and effective tennis technique.
: Strengthen physical capacity with a focus on endurance, strength and explosiveness for better performance on the court.
: Build mental focus, increased match experience and clear routines that strengthen confidence before competition.
: Establish a clear and sustainable structure that enhances the effect of club training and supports long-term development.
: Conduct 8–12 competitions during the period to convert training into match play and create valuable experience.
